I was kind of hoping you'd chime in and you did. Kind of new on the forums but the word around town is you're the technical guy to go to on some of these issues. Thanks for your input
Thank you everyone for your responses. Ford just contacting me directly with an escalated case number. I'll keep everyone posted with my findings , part numbers, repair time , Etc once I take the vehicle to repair shop and see what the problem is.
Tropical Ford here in Orlando services all of our County Sheriff's Office Fleet vehicles, they like to take care of those big account clients rather than help us little guys out
Said they were backed up, they don't have any loaner vehicles, and they're trying to get caught up from the holidays. I don't see how any of that is my problem. I bought a vehicle that's under warranty and I'm bringing it in for warranty work.
Update
Took it to Tropical Ford here in Orlando this morning. Pulled up at the service department and explained what was happening, service advisor told me to take it somewhere else🤷♂️
Thanks @ official Ford
I own three of your products and customer service is s***
I'm hoping it's covered on the warranty because I'm not heavily modified but I do have a few modifications. I know the dealers like to play these games with modified Broncos and warranty repairs. My Bronco is a base Sasquatch but I'm running 37 on Fox 2.5 coilovers, anti-rock, turbo smart blow...
Currently have 37k miles on it. So I'm out of warranty for the three year or 36k. If it's the rear main seal will this be covered under the 5-year 60k mile warranty?
Had my bronco a few months now. Bought it used with 25k miles. It now has 37xxx miles. 2021 bronco 2.7. Its my daily driver. Took my son for a haircut this morning and parked in the garage. Came out a few hours later and noticed this leak. Dont know how or where its coming from. Or if this is a...
Find a reputable local dealer that will let you order two heritage Broncos at MSRP and sell them your Raptor. Sell one Heritage and keep the other for yourself.
Tell them to get you into a heritage 2.7 asap. Better than a base, and you'll get the sas package, hoss 3.0, 12in screen, white hardtop and few other minor upgrades. But it has to be an even swap. If not tell ford you'll post about this on consumer reports.
Yeah that's a pretty decent drive LOL if you change your mind I got everything you need to do the swap here in Orlando and a shop that I can highly recommend to do the swap. 407 Dyno Pro did my fox 2.5 Elites and other suspension mods. Wish you best of luck building your rig!
