Yes, though I have the high package with regular cruise control, not adaptive cruise. Everything comes with the kit for acc install though. It also comes with a hinged license plate bracket (which I didn’t need) and a cover if you choose not to mount a winch.

The fascia is the body colored metal piece between the bottom of the grill and the top of the bumper. It runs horizontally between the left and right front fenders.
