Iāll take pics when I get back home. But no. You can not replace winch without removing bumper. As for the camera. Grill out. Camera out. Grill back in. Then install the bumper. Give me a couple hours, I have to run and do a quick job and the Bronco is home. Itās our 3rd vehicle. So it sits...
Nice!
Not sure if you saw my earlier post. You can not bolt the winch on after everything is installed. Winch gets bolted to the plate. Then plate gets bolted to the bumper. Then bumper installed. Itās physically impossible to mount the winch after.
Also, get the grill out and camera out prior...
I donāt know for sure. Website says $1,100 for the bumper. So Iām going with that. The lights, I did Diode Dynamics Sport 4ā Flood. Iām running their Pro models on everything else. But figured for the back I didnāt need the added brightness I believe lights were $250āish. Would have to look it up.
No. But I have a leveling kit on the front. And now that they bumper and winch are installed Iām guessing itās sitting back close stock height in the front. The front is heavy with the winch plate and winch on there.
Yes. It comes with a relocation kit and a longer cable for the light that you need to feed up and around and through.
Yes. Recovery points are through the bumper and do not attach directly to the bumper. They are bolted to the frame.
Iād guess 1.25ā diameter.
Nice! Sheās so good looking. Get the JCR camera relocation kit now if you have a front camera. Otherwise youāll have to take the front bumper back off to get the camera out. Do it all at once. Save you a ton of time and headache.
Also, the winch plate is separate. And there are separate parts...
The rear bumper is kind of weird to install and the instructions are horrendous, with fuzzy B&W photos. So you have to just figure it out. Itās not bolted on like you think it would be. But instead,, at each mounting point thereās 3-4 separate pieces that all sandwhich together to the frame...
Donāt bother if youāre going to take it off-road. Theyāll get scratched to hell. I was sick of the scratches and gouges out of mine, so I sprayed black bed liner spray on them. They look awesome and can now take the abuse.
I recently installed the 4W Parts bumpers on my Badlands. Iāve absolutely loved the look of these bumpers since they first dropped. And as more and more bumper options became available, I found myself going back to the 4WP ones. So I finally pulled the trigger.
I had a ton of questions that I...
I waited over 8 weeks for a transmission for my Transit Connect. Sucks. But is what it is. It wonāt be a lemon because they havenāt tried an fixed it 4 different times. Now, if it was the transmission going out 4 different times I think youād have a case. Not sure about assistance on payments...
Ok. Got in her this morning and it was dead. Itās been about 10 days since the last time we had to jump start it.. Again, it was perfect for the last week or so and even last night around 2200. Iāll jump start it and itāll be fine for a week or two. And if I jump it and take it to dealer itās...
