I doubt you will ever see that first Bronco. If the dealer did indeed order it without your consent, and somehow gets through the COVP, they are never going to tell you about it. It will become a dealer stock vehicle with a huge markup.

I'm not sure how a dealer can submit an order if you didn't provide them with a copy of your drivers license.. Technically, Ford's Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) needs your ID to prove you are the one actually placing the order.

Thanks. I tried different browsers, incognito, still nada. Call Ford CS this morning and they couldn't verify it either. Said system needs to update...sounds like a stock answer when they don't know what's going on either. Contacted my dealer also, but not holding my breath waiting to get...

For those who were scheduled this week, is anyone still having issues using the tracker? I just get the invalid order/VIN message. I was able to enter the VIN in the Fordpass app and it was accepted and now shows in my ford account, but no info about the build specs.

Not sure what brand I will ultimately get, but it will be front only.

Unless something has changed (I ordered in 2021) you build online and then either send that electronically to your chosen dealer or print it out and go in person. Either way a dealer needs to be involved. I personally went to the dealer.

That's the plan. What info can you see when you track? does it show your build? That is what I really want to check to make sure nothing was dropped.

Thanks, but that's where I get the error message when entering order number and VIN. I cleared the cookies/cache as others suggested and even a different browser. Still doesn't work for me. I'll call customer service next week. Maybe I'll see you at the beach this summer. Look for the blue...

Hey thanks for the offer on build updates, but I ordered through Jones in Shallotte. Any idea why I can't track my order? All I get is the " We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN" message.

I can't offer any insight as to your problem but out of curiosity what beach do you go to, Fort Fisher? My OBX is scheduled for production next month and once I get it Fort Fisher will be my first destination.
