I personally think think the 4 door looks better. The 2 door will be better in some off road situations, but I expect it to be much less stable on road, especially at higher highway speeds. The 4 door will be much better on road trips.

Ha! That JK picture could have been me, except wrong color jeep. Yeah, sort of looks like a doofus, but it gets the job done. Never had any issues with the rear glass.

FWIW, I hauled lots of lumber in my former JK, and drove plenty of miles with the rear glass sitting open, didn't seem to hurt a thing. No, not the ideal thing to do, but didn't have any problems.

Is it possible the Defender length doesn't include the spare, and the Bronco length does include the spare, meaning the overall lengths are closer than we otherwise would think? Same thing with the width; is it possible the Defender width doesn't include the fender flares, and the Bronco width...

I'm not going to be one of the early Bronco owners. I'm waiting to see what upgrades do to the 2.7l, and improvements for towing like sway bars or air shocks or whatever, and how well the 4 door tows, from owner reviews. I'm considering a lot of other vehicles that have better tow ratings.

Great photos. The black 2 door looks pretty dam_ good. I personally need the 4 door, I could see something just like that except the 4 door. I like the grill; looks dark gray, looks good with the black imho.
