  3. Krytox and Sil-Glyde to the rescue.

    Very little Krytox goes a long way. Just put it on your finger and use sparingly on the gaskets. The one drawback, if you do any off-roading, dirt will collect on the gasket where the edge of the tailgate rests and will grind into your paint. Clean the dirt off often.
