Just the standard contact us place. https://www.ford.com/help/contact/ It has you put in your name, VIN, and then asks to select between two options or topics. One is maintenance/warranty related, other is SYNC…. neither applies lol, so I chose one with warranty.

Yea I was confused for a second then saw the round vents up front, so it’s the older JKU. I think you should be able to remove just one side because they fold down individually like on the Wranglers. Also, I think the seat bottom dips/pivots down and forward towards the floor as you fold it...

I am in the same boat. You should be able to pop the covers off of the bumper and find cutouts/mounts for factory fog lights. Then would probably need to either dremel out a window in the covers, or just buy covers which already have windows built in. Similar discussion here...
