It is the system that the dealers/Ford Chat use. I'm not sure if it is helpful or more frustrating.

@gjproducer Thanks. Hoping that mine is shipped soon. I think that the last week knowing that it is built and waiting an hour away has been longer than the last 11.5 months of waiting.

My status in our system now says pending update. I'm trying to decide if that means it is going to update to shipped or if they are going to give me another range of dates to pin my hopes and dreams on :ROFLMAO:

Yeah - I have a Bestop Trektop, the rear cargo mat and the mats to cover the carpet on the back of the rear seats. I'm sure there will be more to come.
