Glad I did a search before starting a thread š. Iāve noticed at highway speeds (75+) my hood starts to shimmy a little too much for my comfort. My thoughts were confirmed by last night my wife asking if my hood was latched. Havenāt had the hood light come on yet. The hood of this vehicle...
Replaced my 2014 Charger. Kicker is I sold it to a Sgt. at work for his son, now his son just got hired & I see it in the lot every day. Like seeing an ex that you loved moved in next door š¤£
Oscarā¦I wouldnāt say you know nothing. Youāve talked me off the ledge when I was waiting to order and take deliveryš¤£š.
Was talking to my former Sgt and he said same. Get the winch and buy a small compressor. Said onboard air is great for air tools and air lockers, two thing Iām not looking to...
1) Because I'm old
2) Because of gas costs
3) Because I'm retired and in no rush
4) Because it's mine & I can drive it any way I want
5) Because I want to piss off trolls
Merry Christmas morning fam!!!!! Here's hoping for a safe and happy Yuletide season! Got lots of goodies to put on once the Spring arrives. @OscarHTX.... funny you should ask about a wish list. I was just pondering at 05:00 this morning and perhaps the fam could help, do I want to get a winch or...
Well hellā¦ā¦.Iāll playā¦.IAG para hex matte black, (ā23 job2 BD non sas w/mid package) with charcoal gray metallic Honda paint on the letters (donāt judgeā¦told my body guy āif youāre working on a car that has a color close to my Roush wheels, use itš).
ā¦ā¦for no one in the 7/24 fam to be visited by the issue gremlins (cam phasers, roof leaks etc) and for those that have, that their dealers DO THE RIGHT THING!
HELLO FAM!!!!!
Been busy gathering ad ons. Got my diode dynamics gear in, and my IAG para hex grill. Just donāt have the time to get them on. For a retired guy Iām busy as hell with work. Hope you are all safe and sound.
Nice! Been raining here in the northeast allll weekend. On the upside I did get to meet a B6G member face to face, he bought my BD steelies I had on the market place. And youāre right, retirement is not for everyone. I retired, got bored and went to work for a neighboring jurisdiction.
Heyā¦..what I know, the 7/24 fam will know. Like for instance, if you install the hood struts, 1) use felt or thin rubber on the part that attaches the strut to the hood to protect your paint. 2) ease your hood up after the install of said NEW hood struts, cause if you let it free fly it just...
Dang Fordgirl! A 2 horse stable?!! Good for you. And I learned something new, never knew the lower louvers opened and closed until I saw your vidš¤£. @Isles13 Iām going for an oil change on Wednesday, Iāll let you know if I hear a change. OscarTX hang in there, youāll reach retirement budš...
@ Atomic Betty ā¦Like my shift mates and I used to say āif ya know, ya KNOW. @ HBbronco,, how long have you had the Corsa on? Iām thinking about getting it. Love that the Corsa system on my 1st charger has the no drone tech. Put a borla on my 2nd charger and the drone was annoying. Did the tone...
@Atomic Betty.. I feel ya. Wore a polyester blue monkey suit for 32 years & my dept had virtually nooooo ppe for the first several weeks of the pandemic. Medical calls with just rubber gloves for weeks, watched a few families lose love onesā¦..in other news, thanks HBbronco for posting the pic...
5ā10ā I just put the IAG struts on last Sunday, you should have no problem. Word of advice, after installing, when opening the hood, keep your hand on it. Donāt let the hood fly open.
