  1. I ordered a Ford Maverick, anyone else?

Correct. The Bronco is the "funnest" vehicle I have ever owned. I have always planned to keep it for a very long time and hopefully will do so. Ordered the Maverick because my work location was slated to close and would've added 30 miles to my commute everyday. That decision was reversed and I...
  2. I ordered a Ford Maverick, anyone else?

I’ve had mine since January. Great little truck. Have over 11,000 miles on it now. Hybrid gets great mpg. If you’re in the city and or do a lot of stop and go traffic you will easily be in the 40+mpg range. A lot of people are seeing 600 mile range per the 14 gallon tank.

The Byron event is not really a run. The whole event is held at Byron Motorsports Park with easy, medium, and hard "rated" trails by the sponsors with minimum 33" tires for the hard trail. http://motobyron.com/
  4. Mounting a Dunes Flag to Capable Bumper

Ah...sorry, kind of early. Totally mixed up mod and capable there. Not sure if you could get this to work somehow on the moveable attachment points or without drilling: https://dragonbackmotorsports.com/products/dragon-back-flat-bar-w-clamp
  5. Mounting a Dunes Flag to Capable Bumper

There are plenty of options I have seen for the modular bumper, but I’ve never paid too much attention as I use the trail sight mount from Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard. If you search dune flag all kinds of threads should come up...

  7. What gas mileage are you getting with 2.7 and SAS?

I started off mainly using ECO mode for break in and kept doing it for the first 3,000 miles or so and was hovering around 16.4 mpg with mixed driving and premium. Went on our first road trip and forgot to set it to eco and ironically the miles to empty went up drastically at the next fill up...

Try talking to Tom over at Automotive Solutions in Belvidere. He has already been quite active within the local 6G Bronco community. https://asibelvidere.com/
  9. ARCHETYPE RACING | BAM-BYODR (Billet Aluminum Modular Bring Your Own Device Rail)

@EIGHTLUG Sorry to bug you. I know you're a busy guy. I'm curious about this service that popped up on the site recently: https://archetyperacing.com/products/ar-bam-byodr-refinishing-service I have Tech Bronze and am kind of eying Burnt Bronze. I wouldn't have to send the black hardware I...
  10. AR | SLAP / BPM - This is the bulletproof mount

Got mine today and swapped them out. BYOD rail seems much sturdier now - Thanks.
  11. ARCHETYPE RACING | BASIC B

Just seen an Archetype Racing Bronco video commercial ad on YouTube earlier today.
  12. Integrated Roof/Windshield LED Light Bar System for 2021+ Ford Bronco

This is the first i'm hearing about this using a different set of wiper blades? In the installation steps there is a step where we will require using a new set of windshield wipers blades?
  13. Off Rodeo Broncos durability/maintenance/issues

We were the trailing Bronco in Moab last August so we had one of the guides with us. We asked her how long the the Moab trip is and it is actually approximately 30 miles of public off-road trails beyond the round trip route there. Ours had 200 miles on the ODO at the time.
  14. Mabett Pinch Weld Covers Available Now

@Mabett Jason, I received them today, however, unfortunately I am going to have to return/refund with Amazon. These are not as advertised on Amazon right now. They are not made of aluminum per the listing, but steel. They have a heft to them and a magnet sticks to them. That’s a no go for me...
  15. Mabett Pinch Weld Covers Available Now

They just cover up the visible face of the factory pinch weld in which case some people think look "unfinished/ugly". Mainly for those who have the factory steps or don't have the factory rock rails which already pretty much cover them up.
  16. Bronco + Your Daily Driver

Not sure about IN, but IL definitely is. There are some talks about getting rid of the front plate law for next year…maybe.
  17. Bronco + Your Daily Driver

Which do I pick today? Fusion is kind of retired - Perfect first car waiting on stepson to decide he wants to start driving...17 already.
