Very similar but not identical. The back plastic cap won't fit. I see that it's shaped differently around the spokes. So, cutting holes in the original cap might be the only good option if the paddle shifters fit.
It's still worth a try.
The Explorer ST also comes with paddle shifters. There's plenty of used steering wheels on eBay starting from $240.
Although it should be kept in mind that even if the paddle shifters fit, the wiring harness may require some alterations.
The Bronco and Explorer steering wheels seem to share the cast armature, but the foam and trim pieces are shaped differently. There's only one way to find out if the Explorer paddle shifters and the back cover fit the Bronco steering wheel ;)
The One-Pedal Drive took me some time to get used to it, but now I think that it's a great feature that makes off-roading more enjoying and less stressful.
Installed the Braptor paddle shifters on the original steering wheel. They are so much better than the +/- button on the shifter!
