Does the bumper have to be removed to install the tray I need it for my Smittybuilt. So far its the only option for the mod bumper.

Installed mine 2 months ago tight fit had to play with it but it looks great ordered it after I almost hit a huge doe doing 50mph. The packaging it arrives in was amazing took me a while to remove it.
