They absolutely do not replace the windshield. They get a glass company in to pull it, remove and replace the seal and pop it back on. It has to sit to cure and cannot get wet. I would push hard on your dealer.

Yes. It was done in a week. All they had to do was get a glass company to come in. Pull the windshield, redo the seal and pop the windshield back on.
