To follow-up. My top had this problem. The middle passenger latch would come loose, without fail, every 10-15 miles. After having this service performed, the problem hasn't reoccured.

Dealer replaced camera yesterday. Only took a week for part to come in-- everything looks good. You may want to contact your dealer again.

Final update. Dealer replaced affected panels. Looks good! Fingers crossed!
