Correct, cut hooks off with your tool of choice. You will need to trim about 8-9" off the skid, then bend/tuck up under the bumper and reinstall fasteners.
It's a very simple swap. Remove the plastic covers, remove four bumper bolts, remove wire loom and fogs, reinstall wire loom and bolt new bumper to frame. In terms of install time, probably took me longer to trim and reinstall the plastic skid plate but I'm anal about that kind of stuff.
Offered 600, bought for 625.
It was packaged well, arrived with a broken tow hook cover. I uploaded a few photos and they quickly responded that a replacement will sent soon.
probably get flamed because it's China made, but I was tired of trying to find a local mod for sale.
Quality is not bad, tow hooks are a little rough but I gave way less than asking so not complaining...
