Always a good idea to do that but that's not the issue with the 23 model year. I've had mine into the dealership and they've reset mine twice put in a new pressure sensor and flashed the ECU. The fix has to come from Injen themselves. Although the code that you have is something different, so...
If you have a 23 MY, you should expect to have an engine light come on, It's an ongoing issue that they are working on. The odd thing is that is a different code than I have seen and it's not the one that everybody knows of 🤔. I'm currently driving around with the engine light awaiting the fix...
I talked with someone at Injen about 2 weeks ago. He told me they actually have a fix for this issue but they don't want to put it out quite yet. He said to watch their Instagram page or even on the Facebook page of theirs. They want to give it some more testing but it's a very easy fix. They...
I agree. Hopefully they don't forget about us with the problem. I'm thinking it doesn't behoove them to not try to come up with a solution because I'm sure the 24 and 25 models will end up with the same problems as the 23's and those people will not buy their products if they don't get this...
Wonder how hard the install will be? Let me know how it goes. How much did they cost? Obviously I can't add anything else to my engine cuz I've already got issues with their products. I am currently riding with engine light with no way to get rid of other than going back to stock which is quite...
Not sure about charge pipes, but I have the Injen catback dual exhaust, which I like.🙂 Not sure how happy I am with the company. I messaged them through their email over the weekend about the issue with the CAI, just to let them know I am having issues even after Ford's so-called fixes, and I've...
Mine also has come on mostly lately when the temperature gets cold but I'm in Wisconsin so it gets cold a lot. And once it comes on I have no way to reset it, It doesn't reset itself. Not sure if you're able to reset it somehow. 🤔
They dual catch can causes the code, because the factory tube is replaced with a mishimoto. The fix for that was easy enough. I just took off the catch can on that side and replaced a factory tube. The fix for this cold air intake is not that simple. 🫤
I get what you're saying and I'm not sure what they can do. But in the beginning they advertised that it worked on 23 model years and several of us bought them and now have issues after they are installed. Hopefully they can come up with something that works or hopefully Ford will address it...
I would think it's too much because that's what we were going for is to create better airflow. The issue is only with model year 23 and 2.7 engine. My dealership replaced my pressure sensor which was part of the protocol to fix the issue but obviously they replaced it with one that didn't do the...
Yep, What a pain in the effing ass! Ford needs to take that f****** sensor and stick it where the sun don't shine. They know people want to add aftermarket parts, simple things like CAI, catch cans, exhaust systems etc. So anyone with a 23 model year and 2.7 engine basically is screwed if they...
I've had the software update and the pressure sensor changed out by my dealership and my code keeps coming back. I've also removed the CCV side of the catch can and put the stock Ford tube back on. I believe it is the Injen CAI that's causing the issue. I hope Injen figures something out because...
I've had the software update and they also changed out the pressure sensor and the code keeps coming back on, sometimes after a couple thousand miles. I just had it reset again a couple weeks ago and they changed the oil, saying there was too much oil in the system and maybe that caused it, but...
