Going through this now with a 2020 Explorer. Hasn't been replaced yet, but because of the low mileage/age, the technician was able to get insurance to approve OEM. It WILL still have to be recalibrated. Is it possible the problems you've seen with aftermarket units weren't recalibrated?

A spacer isn't going to help. Those method's have a -44 (NEG 44 offset), the Sasquatch is +30 (Non Sas +55). Positive offset puts the mounting surface closer to the outer wheel face, NEG offset=closer to the back of the wheel. Wheels alone are going to be pushed OUT 74mm without a spacer...
