The factory sub will not get disabled so yes they will run concurrently. The factory sub is pretty weak so if youre looking to add more bass to your system this will be the fix.

Correct this does not work with B&O systems or Lux package. The idea is to get those people with 23-24 year Broncos who did not come with a Sub a chance to finally add in the bass they are missing. The kit does come with an amp and all wiring and harnesses to complete the kit.

This is not a factory sub upgrade. This is to add a sub for the bronco's that did not come with a sub. If you remove the amp from the factory sub the audio system will not work. If you want to upgrade, i'd recommend adding a second subwoofer. Here's a link to our Add-A-Sub kit

21-22 didnt prerun the sub wiring to the back for the non-sub versions, and the non sub versions have a storage pocket in the side panel, so the enclosure can't fit there anyway. 2024 late models and up either come with the Visteon sub or b&o sub

You unplug the factory sub, add in our T-Harness, and make all of your connections. It's very simple to do. From there you run the wiring over to the driver side to make your final connections to the amp and sub. All wiring, harnesses, hardware is included with the kit.

The rear pods run off of a different audio line so they dont work together if that is what you are asking. Shoot me a DM and we can go over the details on the 2 items.
