Right! I just watched it again and they also say It's anodized! Yuck! So it's like a shinny, smooth fake metal looking brown or black depending on the color interior? It for sure looks that way in the video. That's a deal breaker on the OBX for me if so. The Badlands and a few other models...
I do like 30k miles a year for work of mixed highway and backroad driving and I'm planning on having it as my daily. I'm getting a Badlands 2 door non Sasquatch. I will keep my current Audi S3 I just bought for a bit as backup for the first few months to be safe. Haha
Hahahaha. Those pretend big brake kits are so cheesy. Who are people trying to fool running those fake BBK covers? Haha. Anyone that knows what a BBK is and is into cars knows those things are fake covers. It’s the equivalent of people putting “M” badges on a regular 3 series BMW and pretending...
I feel like I wrote this email. I’m in the same boat for options and reasoning. And I have already been looking at those Fifteen52 wheels. I was shocked they are only $275. I’m coming from the Audi world with HRE wheels that are like $700 each. Haha
I read somewhere that you don’t need to. However the hp/tq numbers were based off premium. So like anything else you could probably expect to get lower miles per gallon and performance with 87 octane. I can actually tell the difference in 87 vs 93 in my Audi S3. Runs like shit on 87
I was going for an OBX. But now with that wack ass OBX interior dash colors I'm for sure going Badlands with a 2.7. Probably a 2 door in White or silver.
Right. Those will now make me change my exterior color again! Hahaha. Carbonized Gray, White or Black would now look dope as hell with those and the top off.
I’m in the same boat. Not really into silver cars/trucks and was 100% on AMB. But for whatever reason I think it looks great on the bronco with the ugly top and this is probably my new plan.
