Yes it is 100% fixed, no different than the employee plans. Unlike other OEM's, like CDJR, that allow you to sell under the plan price and still receive the commission. Ford does not allow any deviation at all.

Yes, I agree that you could work it as a non x-plan deal, but you cannot advertise it. It's specifically why he mentioned the ad standards team. All dealers "should" adhere to specific ad guidelines that Ford puts out. We just got new ones this year.

Possibly, since when we actually could spec one out, it may not let you enter that as an order type. If we spec out a Raptor, it won't allow you to enter AZ as a sale type. Hope that makes sense. I'd expect an announcement beforehand if it's true though. They'll send a communication to dealers...

To my knowledge, only x-plan is being discussed right now. I don't think they'd penalize employees and retirees. Just my opinion though.

I think the bigger dealers are going to get more allocation than people think. That said, your strategy is probably the mid size dealer and an early reservation(not that I think that's going to mean a whole lot).
