By the looks of the posted replies from them they will reimburse the cost aside from the logistics which everyone here knows could be extremely challenging or not. Sure it's not perfect, sure it will cost you time and gas. But come on, is this worth the aggravation and rant on a public forum...
I appreciate that. I agree this isn't a situation that's good for either of us. Hopefully, fingers crossed the replacement you've just sent will solve this for good!
Best regards,

Wheeling is the first reason for the swap but the other more practical reason is the rear backup lights on stock lights just don’t do a good job. So I thought instead of buying a set of Baja designs or other lamp I’d just kill two birds with one stone and get these to help the daily use.
But...
These are Oracle taillights on a Badlands with Lux package so originally LED. And to be clear the second light only lasted about 3 months. I installed that assembly in the middle of November. The issue is seen in the photos. The middle segment of lights stops working and the top and bottom...
Let me start by saying this is just a fair warning to anyone who is looking to upgrade your taillights.
I bought these direct from the manufacturer and at the time had only seen positive reviews about the company and their quality. My experience has proven to be less fortunate not once but...
And my point originally was to the context that asking someone to remove a product multiple times to determine if they actually have shipped a product with an issue is not friendly customer service but rather easy for them, hard for the buyer.
I didn't read the whole thread first before posting hence my removal of my comment but to your point, assuming an individual is wanting versus what they expect a product to do and or assuming they are unqualified to perform the work on what is clearly sold as. a do it yourself "aftermarket"...
Batteries Don't like California weather either. At least not outside of either San Fran or San Diego. My batteries don't last three years here due to the heat.
I'm not sure I agree with you or any of the bottle jack comments. I have the Safe Jack, which is terribly expensive for what it is, and now I own the Badlands. I bought it after trying to use the Safejack on my rig on the pavement in front of my house. Even with the extensions that thing is a...
I pulled the fender liner last week and found the leak to come from the grommet that holds the pump assembly into the washer reservoir. How that could spring a leak is beyond me but I watched the water coming right out of it.
I haven't had the time to research a new grommet, much less how to...
I don't know how they could ever not cover it considering it is completely encased in the the fender. It's not like anyone could do anything that would ever cause it to be owner inflicted damage. It sounds like a manufacturing defect at minimum. perhaps actually a design flaw at most.
@Ford
Any chance you'd like my VIN number too?
So that looks like fun! I can't wait too waste a day trying to get this thing fixed. Hopefully I can just pull the fender liner and have a peak inside to see if it's a detached hose. But my luck suggests it'll need a new reservoir.
Oh boy,
Had the light come on last week so I filled it with a new bottle of fluid. yesterday the light is on again. I grabbed a pitcher of water and half filled the reservoir and then watched the fluid pour out of the wheel well. Same year, 2021 badlands. Looks like I'll have to figure it...
I had the same lackluster performance with the series XM on my 21 with and without the roof rack. The threads about the hardtop have me wondering now. I tried to troubleshoot the issue many times and had zero luck. After struggling with this I took a roadtrip in a rental Chevy Spark. You...
I'm guessing some here but having been down the 4dr roof rack with a tent on top I'm thinking there are several pros and several cons to this. I currently run a Valkyrie design V2. Why version 2, well because version 1 sucked and damaged my Bronco. And this one isn't too much better but it's...
