Figured since it is becoming pretty easy to find a 23/24 for MSRP, maybe we should start a thread to see who has gotten a deal under MSRP for a Braptor. I have been offered numerous Shelter green 24's (that have not hit the lots yet, still in transit) for MSRP, so now my reply email is "I have...
Funny you mentioned brakes. I will answer that for you from first-hand knowledge. Here is the long story:
I bought a used First Edition Hennessey Bronco from a Ford dealer in Tennessee last year It had 1800 miles on it and I bought it for $101,000 sight unseen. It had the regular Hennessey...
Not sure hosed is the right term. This is the new reality with inflation, higher pay for workers due to the strike, high interest rates make the suppliers increase their pricing, it is all a trickledown effect. Same reason milk and eggs and a Happy Meal at McDonalds are up 20%-30%. Also, in 2022...
Thanks. What does a PCM tune mean? Do you take your truck to Ford and they have a device they connect and tune the trucks computer for you and this doesnt affect the warranty?
I read on other threads about whipple and intercoolers and stuff like that, is that a whole different thing?
Does any...
Thought I would start a new thread in hopes that you guys that are more familiar with tunes can give others a basic overview. The only tune I know about is sending the truck to Hennessey. $25k for wheels/tires/bumpers/level kit (which I like and would do anyway) and engine work adding 100 HPW...
I am helping a friend find a Gladiator now. You never tell them you have a trade until after you have negotiated the price of what you are wanting to buy and have a buyer's order from them in hand showing the numbers without any dealer add-ons. Then all of a sudden "my wife wants to me trade one...
Has anyone thought about sending your Braptor to Hennessey? I know $25k is a lot of a money, probably $10k in wheels/tires/lift/bumpers so that leaves $15k for 20% more power. Lots of money but full warranty is nice
Just thought I would share some screenshots from a clown dealer. As you can see, within less than 10 minutes he went from $10k over to MSRP. This is on a 2024 Shelter Green Braptor. I just ordered one without a deposit. There is a high probability that they will be below MSRP soon.
Thanks, so does this order number I got confirm that there is an active order, and the dealership has an actual allocation like the told me they did? Just want to make sure that this is not a dealer that is taking an "order" without an allocation and waiting for an allocation to open up
So once you get the intital email that says "we have received your order, and there is an order ID, can you then go to an app or a website and track your order? Or do you need a VIN first? What happens next after getting that initital confirmation email?
Just placed order for 2024 in Shelter Green for MSRP without a deposit. My guess is that if dealers are willing to do this new color at MSRP then other colors or 2023's will be discounted soon
Been trying to figure out if the Braptor needs a level kit for more aggressive 37's or 38's or that is just some folks preference? I don't see much of a rake on the stock vehicle and simply want to go with more aggressive 37's, so what is the purpose of a levelling kit and is there a preferred...
