We have lost access to the only VIN / Railcar link tool, OVISS. As far as I know, your only option is to get the rail car number from your dealer or Ford Customer Service.
I read that someone else was stuck in Richmond and the dealer ended up picking up their Bronco at the BNSF vehicle yard even though United Road was contract to haul from Benicia. Sorry, I lost the location that I was reading this, but you can likely search the subject. Or, plead with your dealer.
If your rail car takes the same route as @TxBadlands did, you are scheduled to depart Hearn today at 1700 on train MHELF 16. The schedules change. But this would put you in at Kirby Yard 12/17 0400.

Follow up!!! blood is pumping now!!! Just spoke with dealer.... their system still shows Blue Island IL... but he can look at what's in the rail yard and has a contact to call because they have been picking up instead of waiting for transport.....
So he's going to dial for dollars...

I know this area well. When they make a transfer like this, they simply attach your cars at the end of the train. They pull through the spur at Benicia, disconnect the end cars and they proceed down the line in the same direction with the train bound to who knows where. Your are waiting for a...
