If I was thinking about buying a Bronco as a newbie here...and reading these last few threads...I would skip it and move on to something else...there have many many unfavorable comments toward Ford,some deserved..and maybe some not...but there is nothing in this world I would wait this long...

Running 3 shifts is almost an impossible task...no shift works a full 8 hours...when do they eat lunch..? You can't do both... Is there parking for hundreds,if not thousands of employees cars.? When I was at Ford and we did OT...it was 11 hours for both day/night shift...(plus Sat)...it would...

...That is what they should have done from the start...Pick a job 1 date,and let the public walk in the dealership and order their Bronco...first come,first serve...no time stamps..no priorities...no waiting by the computer every Thurs,to see who won the Bronco lottery...no 7500 FE built...

..How many people work at this plant..like 10..?..Is that for 1 eight hour shift or 16 hours worth of tops...I hope they are doing more than 30 tops in 2 eight hour sifts...

....When we were building the full size LTD's ..we made a ton of them with 460's...just about every cop car had one...thousands a year...

...Back in the 70's while at Ford,I watched my Granada being built...back then the guys on the line would throw in a couple unordered options...small stuff...but cool co-workers...

...My back up choice is a Ford Transit...AWD...choice of 2 V-6 engines(1 eco-boost)..3 lengths..3 heights...( 6'3'' inside) from 2-15 seats... for the same price as a Bronco...

I'm doing a 4 year lease...( 4-6).keep the payments at around 300. a month..It will be my first time in a Bronco type vehicle..I'll see how things are in 2025...I'm still on the fence...I like the Transit awd...chasing the sun..6 months south ,then 6 months north,at the finger lakes....

...Before doing it yourself,stop at a neighborhood body shop and ask one of the professionals...let them see the finish and get their advise...which will be better then anything you'll get here...

If I was to get pushed to MY22, I'd drop the order and get another vehicle...I want a Bronco..but I don't really have to have one..

...I'll never bad mouth the company(Ford,which gave me my first job out of the Navy) and the union (UAW) that keeps sending me a check every month...
