    We’ll if this is true, I will again remain optimistic. Part of my biggest complaint was that there was no plan in place. At least this is a plan, while the timeframe is not ideal, at least it is a plan!

    I just checked the chat again. The info is always inconsistent. ETA/EDD etc. Each agent will tell you differently what that means. Here is what I just got: "Thank you for your patience Grace. Your vehicle is on hold for the micro chip. The ETA for the hold to be up is May 23 - May 29."
