Here's another Aussie performance tuning shop. They're currently working on a Ranger Raptor with the supercharged Coyote and 10R80 transmission. If I converted kw to hp correctly, this work-in-progress truck is making 507 hp at wheels. And most importantly, it sounds so damn good!

I don't know why Ford is not willing to assist car tuning companies with such modifications. IMO that would be a win-win collaboration. FoMoCo would continue to make the Bronco with the EcoBoost engines, their CAFE rating would not be affected, but at the same time they would make some money on...

I know that cracking the factory code is not an easy task, but now these guys can simply copy and paste the modified code every time they do an engine swap. They don't have to spend 18 months on each truck.

This Australian company installs the Coyote V8 in the Ford Ranger with full electronics integration. https://www.killaconversions.com.au/raptr8 I believe that if Ford brought the Bronco to Australia, these guys would be able to figure out how to marry up the Coyote with the Bronco modules...

I have the same rims, but mine are 17". Stock Sasquatch suspension and tires.

Your phone may be causing all the troubles. I haven't had any issues with Android Auto in my Bronco - it works flawlessly.

So far, I've only seen the Badlands with the stitched dash. I think it's the only trim that received this upgrade for the 2024 MY.

It's going to cost you around $800 and take about 2 hours of your time to retrofit an AUX switch panel. You're going to need the upfitter switches, another fuse box, and A-pillar wire harness.

So far the redesigned housing has been trouble free. No rattling noises at speeds up to 85 mph. Very solid. Love it!

The Coyote engine weighs as much as the 2.7 EcoBoost, and the MPG numbers are almost identical. Even though the 2.7 has slightly more torque compared to the 5.0 Coyote, I would trade those extra lbs-ft's for the NA V8 sound in a heartbeat.

The FI exhaust has a deeper tone compared to the OEM one. Below 2k rpm, it's not much louder than the stock exhaust. The OEM muffler hisses under acceleration, and FI has a deep growl instead – that's what my wife was not a fan of. I haven't noticed any drone though.
