I would think you would be okay with an offset up to +25mm, depending on tire width.
Check out https://tiresize.com/comparison/ if you haven't already. You can play around with different setups to get an idea of how a particular wheel and tire combo will fit compared to stock.
My understanding is that the Start Stop Eliminator replicates ypu pushing the button on start up so you will have the message.
If I remember correctly, I disabled it on my '21 using the Superchips programmer and did not receive the message at start up.
Then somewhere around '23 ASS was not able...
I used the included mag mount and whip antenna that came with the mxt575. Stuck it inside the hard top and got an swr of 1.01. The ghost antenna was 1.65.
The mag mount has to be over the metal where the hard top sits or swr readings will be well over 2.
Hit the repeater from inside the garage...
Who remembers when Ford was going to replace the Mustang with the Probe?
There was so much outrage from Mustang enthusiasts that Ford just added the Probe as an additional model.
I believe what people are saying is when they try to flip the visor down, in the latched, forward position, it hits the rear view mirror. Mine does this as well, but as tall as I am, I wouldn't be able to see out the windshield if I moved it more than an inch or so downward.
If it's what I think it is, it's a fuel additive they pour into the fuel tank. At least that's what the Ford QuickLane tried to charge me $100+ for a few years ago. They tried selling it as "induction cleaning" and that it was Ford recommend. It is not.
Yes, there is a difference.
The Ford tow hitch comes with the 7/4 pin connector and the module that installs behind the cargo area panel. The wiring is already in place to plug the module into and the 4/7 pin plug. Programming is required for the for this, either by a dealer or Forscan...
I found out by accident one day. Don't even remember what I was doing when I somehow pushed it forward and it sprung back.
I'm glad because I really did not like that full forward position at all.
If you haven't tried, the headrest on the front seats are adjustable. Pull forward on the top of the headrest and it will spring to the rear, then they can be adjusted forward in a few increments until they are where it's comfortable.
The seats in the Bronco, for me with back problems, are much more supportive and comfortable than the ones in the 4Runner. Like you said, it's a personal preference and many things factor into it.
Having had both, definitely the Bronco. While they may both have lockers, the locker on the 4Runner only works in 4L, whereas the Bronco can lock in 4H, 4L and maybe even 2H(never tried it).
The transition between 4H, 2H and locker in the Bronco is seamless and instant when stopped. The 4Runner...
