Keep in mind that the BL wheels are 8” wide (Sas 8.5”) and offset is also different. BL is 55mm offset, Sas is 30mm.

Does the ProCal need to stay plugged in after programming the new rack? I know it’s tied to a VIN but I wouldn’t want it constantly connected and be in the way and have some loose cable dangling.

KM3s (33”) and Sas wheels on my non-Sas BL. The Sas wheels have 25mm less offset. So track width basically +50mm (2”).
