  1. Rear Parking Sensor Fault :(

This sounds like the same issue I just posted about.
  2. Rear Parking Sensor Connections

Looking for some help on this one. I removed my rear bumper to replace the top plastic trim cap a few weeks ago and I can't get the rear parking sensor connections back together. A teenager backed out of a parking spot next to mine and clipped my rear fender's end cap. When their car pulled...

After about a month I removed the rack.. in order to add the extra seals to reduce the wind noise. Put all back together after that.

    Bronco Everglades

@FowlBronco77 - good to know! I do think my Bronco might need one of the passenger doors adjusted. The glass setting isn't quite right.

    Bronco Everglades

Interesting. I've owned my Everglades for a year now and have put 16K miles on it - mostly hwy with some off-roading. Sorry to say he just sounds like a bitchy Jeep guy to me. His review isn't too far off but I think he missed the mark and is a bit jeep-biased. Like you said, some of his...

Quick Update: I’ve had my hood opened/closed several times - checking the oil level, getting an oil change. It works great. No issues/ no rubbing.
  7. New Product Release: IAG I-Line Mini Mud Flaps

In general, I don't like the looks of mud flaps but I needed something to prevent damage from the factory-installed Goodyears. These work great and look sharp, IMO.

@Bakerbaker19 thanks! I really just wanted the strut box off of my workbench!

Ok, spent a little time this weekend tackling the problem of installing the IAG gas hood strut on the "snorkel side" of my Everglades. There are issues that must be addressed at both ends of the strut. 1) the bottom pivot must be moved; 2) the top (hood) pivot must be moved. Easy right...

FYI, I will post a new thread to show pics of my working IAG hood strut on the Everglades group.

Hood Strut Discussion: Ok, I mounted the drivers side hood strut yesterday and started to look at the passenger side. Couple of things that I've determined so far: 1) the mount hole on the hood cannot be used. The top of the strut mount will hit the snorkel; 2) the bottom mount could be used...

    Bronco Everglades

That's too bad. Well, I had a young lady hit the rear corner my bronco a week ago. Luckily it was superficial. I just had to replace some plastic pieces on the rear bumper on the drivers side. This delayed my fabrication plans, though. Maybe next weekend.

Thanks for the info! Why does it look like its 3/4 open with these struts? Might just be me. Anyway, good find. Unfortunately, I purchased my hood struts (IAG) long before I switched my order to an Everglades. Hope to get some time over the Christmas break to fabricate something.

With that said, fabrication of a custom mount might be possible. I've got the same issue with mounting hood struts. There still sitting in a box on my workbench. Need to figure out a custom mount. These are good problems to have, I guess.

  16. Modular Bumper Easter Egg Discovered --"Capable Bumper" Reference 😆

This needs to be a safety recall!! Far worse than that pseudo-issue of seatbelt retainers - or whatever they called it.

Super happy with my Everglades. I also think, despite it's higher MSRP, it's in a sweet spot on value for what you get (at least for the '23). If you price out a comparable 4-dr Black Diamond with the options (minus the large screen that you can't get) you should find it cheaper to get the...
  18. 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 Engine vs 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 Engine... not sure which one?

One of the reasons I switched my order from a 2.7L Badlands to a 2.3L Everglades was the turbo set up. You see, I had just experienced the high maintenance costs with owning back-to-back 3.5L Ecoboost twin-turbo F-150s (2011 and 2013). I had to replace the turbo coolant lines on both trucks...

I was planning on it but once I saw it on the green, I actually liked it. I think with a different, lighter color I might have removed it, though.
