  1. Car hauler for Bronco

I need to buy a new trailer to haul my Bronco Badlands 4 door SAS when it gets here. I want an open trailer with dovetail. What length? Big Tex has a 16' and 18'. Would the back tires be on the dovetail of the 16 footer (14' plus 2' dovetail)? What about a front rock shield? Are they...
  2. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

Ford doesn't care. Forscan has been used for years on may Ford vehicles without Ford doing anything..
  3. Different versions of Co-Pilot 360?

So there are two types of Co pilot 360? The high package comes with one and lux comes with another? What's the difference? Does the version in the Bronco actually allow hands off steering? Thanks
  4. Jerry Can mount ?

No pixs, just a drawing? Is the product still in development?
  5. Turbocharged Engine Advice - tips or tricks for maintenance?

That's because people are getting stupid and don't have the brains to cool the turbo off. The EcoBoost has water cooled turbos which means once you shut it off the water keeps siphoning to cool the turbo down. If you look at the owner's manual for a Ford super duty with the 6.7 powerstroke it...
  6. Local test drive starts with dealer saying I should’ve paid $1000 for my order?

When I made my original reservation I picked the dealer then. So no choice after that of changing dealers
  7. Local test drive starts with dealer saying I should’ve paid $1000 for my order?

From what I have experienced if you made an online reservation and then go to convert it to an order you will have to do it on Ford.com. It seems that once you place the reservation online you are stuck in their system. Then when you go to convert to an order you are required to place a deposit...
  8. Flat towing

The loops on the Ford modular bumper are designed for flat towing. Those are exactly what I would use. Soounds like you need to talk to somebody else there
  9. Turbocharged Engine Advice - tips or tricks for maintenance?

As I said you don't have a clue... You are giving bad advice yet you are slamming other guys above you that are doing the same thing. Maybe spend some time on the ecoboost forums before coming here and posting.
  10. Turbocharged Engine Advice - tips or tricks for maintenance?

The only time you don't need to let your turbo cool off is if the turbos are siphon cooled. It wouldn't be smart to shutting off a 6.7 Powerstroke after a heavy hard pull. Once again you don't have a clue
  11. Turbocharged Engine Advice - tips or tricks for maintenance?

You don't have a clue yourself. The knock sensor lets you use whatever gas the engine is rated at. You can use 87 one tank and 93 the next if you want to with no ill effects. The ONLY time you are stuck using one particular octane is if the engine is tuned for that octane. For example put a 93...
  12. ARB Dual Compressor stealth install - UPDATED.

I will not mount one underneath my Bronco. Sure they say waterproof but when you need it, it won't work. I have a VIAR in my truck for the RV and other trailers. Works great and only takes a few seconds to get it out and hooked up
  13. “Softer” suspension?

You are only the second person that I have saw that says a Badlands rides better then a SAS. Both should ride better than the lower trims that don't have Bilsteins but 98% have said SAS rides better..
  14. My Dealer is lying to get me to order in person (Why!?)

Go to Ford.com and convert your reservation to an order yourself. You will see how much deposit your dealer requires and any other markup. If you don't like it don't order. If you do then pay the deposit on your credit card. The order then goes to the dealer where he confirms it. What's the big...
  15. Advice/help…dealer sold my order to someone else

The dealer can't give it a priority code lower than 10 so this won't put him ahead of anybody. Ford could push it ahead but I doubt they will. I would not reorder from that dealer. I would also turn them into Ford
  16. Off Rodeo opening up to former attendees.

It's winter and things are slower so if they don't have a full house on weekends they can let in others.
  17. Details of the Ford Performance Winch Package - Installed on a Basesquatch

Sounds like a PIA to me. Every time I want to go off road I have to bolt it back on? No thanks. If I wanted something easily removable I would build a bumper with a receiver hitch up front and mount the winch there.
  18. Details of the Ford Performance Winch Package - Installed on a Basesquatch

Looks like they are welded on so their answer surprises me. I will wait until they post more info on their web page and see what it says there..
