  1. Random Thoughts on B&P

My issue lies with the technical and descriptive problems with B&P. Some IT issues are inevitable, but normally a team will double check it and do some mock builds before updating the website. There are some obvious mistakes on B&P which makes me wonder how thorough this checking process is.
  2. Damn 35s are big

For the 4dr, I couldn't decide between the two either. Like @FloridaGal I went and saw 33s and 35s on Jeeps to help get an idea of the proportions. Then I went to Mammoth and saw 35s on the 4dr BL. 35s without a doubt!! Firstly, 35s on a jeep and a bronco look different. The bronco body is...
  3. Damn 35s are big

Good idea, what thinner tire would you go to? I was going to swap out to KO2 35s as soon as I get my sas badlands
  4. Sound deadening headliner work around for 4dr 2.7 badlands?

Anyone know if we can just add on the sound deadening headliner after purchasing the vehicle? Or is it built into the roof? Alternatives? I'd like to know the reason why you can't have this on a 4dr 2.7. One of the guys at a Bronco event said he couldn't imagine it weighing more that 10lbs.
  5. Bronco Accessory Pack 1, 2A, 2B, 3A package info. FCTP Bronco service loaners will be fitted with one package

Im curious about this too. Even with the drawer, if someone is willing to break a window, couldn't they just pop that lock too with a hammer, crow bar? Any suggestions for something extra secure?
  6. Why is the Modular Body Color-Painted Hard Top + Black Soft Top cheaper than the Modular Hard Top in Shadow Black?

I agree. The Badlands mod top shadow black painted top is saying that it's standard on Wildtrak and FE. If you start out a Wildtrak/FE build it says MIC is standard. My guess is that when they say shadow black painted, it means black MIC. Hope they make it easier to understand before orders...
  7. Why is the Modular Body Color-Painted Hard Top + Black Soft Top cheaper than the Modular Hard Top in Shadow Black?

Im planning on getting the 4dr in Shadow Black so it's great news for me that modular hard top is offered in Shadow Black. But wouldn't it be better to get the Modular Body Color-Painted Hard Top + Black Soft Top. It's $100 cheaper and I get a soft. Or am I missing something here?
  8. Pics of the Area 51 Badlands Overland Concept from Mammoth Lakes, CA!

Just for the people who haven't seen the broncos in person, I saw them at Mammoth and one thing that I noticed and other people were commenting on, was the storage looked smaller in person than in photos. Not a deal breaker, but just an observation I thought I'd mention.
  9. Pics of the Area 51 Badlands Overland Concept from Mammoth Lakes, CA!

I completely agree. Why would you show us these great options and then say they're not available? And it definitely won't be cool if they roll out these options in later models - which they probably will. When B&P came out, I was looking for the tan leather that's in the CO two door. No where...
  10. sasquatch + snow

With people commenting that the sas tires aren't true mud terrains, maybe changing to KO2s wont be a big difference? I still want to know if we can put 35" KO2s on the sas wheel though.
  11. LAST CALL: Badlands 33” vs. 35” (Pros & Cons) Worth the upgrade to 35” tires?

I was stuck between 33s and 35s, which for me, essentially means sas vs non-sas. Love the look of the 35s but was worried about highway manners. A couple of weeks ago, I talked to one of Ford testers about the highway ride of Sasquatch and he said to not even think about it - the difference is...
  12. sasquatch + snow

Kinda still new to all this, but I was going to get Sasquatch and swap out the tires for KO2s, mainly for highway comfort but also for the occasional light snow/ice. A friend said I wouldn't be able to put KO2s on the Sasquatch rim (17x8.5). Tried making sense of it on Tirerack.com, but thought...
  13. Video: 2021 Ford Bronco ordering Q&A

Yeah, my dealer said the more expensive builds will have priority.
  14. Vote for Army Green

I’m going to wrap my badlands in army green, but how is going to look with the carbon grey, top, fenders and grill? If they were black it’d be ideal
  15. Badlands Options

I was up at the Mammoth event this past weekend and asked about this issue. They said their guess is that it makes it too top heavy. They estimated the roof sound deadening option would add approx 10lbs. Which makes me conclude the vehicle must really be pushing the weight limits already. How...
  16. Video - 2 Door Cyber Orange Non Squatch Badlands driving near Vegas

True, I was just about to say it doesn't look too bad without the Sasquatch and then saw your post
  17. Spotted: 4-Door Carbonized Gray Badlands on 33's

Being new to off road vehicles, Interesting. Wasn't expecting that, but it makes it a little easier to go with Sasquatch
  18. Will the 4.7 final drive ratio kill MPG and TOP end speed for use as practical daily driver?

Would it be over simplifying to say, keep 4.46 if you plan to use 33s, or, upgrade to 4.7 if you want 35s?
  19. Spotted: 4-Door Carbonized Gray Badlands on 33's

In regards to ride, especially on the highway, is there a big difference between 33s and 35s?
  20. Camping in a Bronco 4 Door + Measurements for Rear Sleeping Area

I think something is happening with Marmot. I saw a couple of Sports at Lee Vining and there was a Marmot van with them.
