I have the 2.7 and have a question. Was this engine redesigned somehow from a previous 2.7 and our Broncos were the first to get them? Just trying to understand the situation. EDIT: Like an idiot, I originally put 5.7 instead of 2.7.

You should be able to buy a roll of black felt from Hobby Lobby or someplace like that and you may be able to make it look pretty OEM.

I cut the hole back in the fall. I believe I traced a circle with a glass or something and then cut with a razor blade. My cover was pretty cheap. I think it only cost $30-$40 on Amazon.

Mine had a dealer sticker on it. I like my dealer, but I hate the stickers. I didn't bother asking them not to. Took my five minutes with a heat gun and my finger nail to remove.

I know that some people like tire covers and some dont. I ordered one and didn't think to order one with the necessary hole in the middle so I cut one in. Regardless of if yours came with a hole or you cut your own, I didn't like the way it looked and it poofed out over the shaft even...
