When the original rep opened a case number he pretty much told me that escalating it would likely not do anything and that the other rep would simply tell me what he was telling me. I still feel the need to "air my grievances". I will pursue it. If anything, maybe they will throw in some...

So I had my complaints escalated with a case number 6 biz days ago. I was told I would have someone call me in 5-7 biz days. Tomorrow is the 7th biz day. I’m not hopeful I will receive a call. It’s just going to piss me off more.

There seems to be a lot of confusion as to what ETA is. My interaction with Ford has always indicated that ETA means when it gets released, not when it gets delivered. I am resigned tot he fact that when it shows up, it shows up!

I’m really hoping they step up and meet the latest release schedule of 6/18. After doing the Roadeo on Sat, I’m now really impatient. I can’t wait to get the thing.

I love the pics! Fantastic stuff. I did a 4x4 off road tour there years ago. Had a very capable driver and the dune bashing was incredible & terrifying at the same time!

Just got back from the Roadeo. And all I can say is wow. The vehicle is very impressive in every way. I took lots of pics with (2) DSLRs & video with my iPhone. I’ll share as soon as I get some rest. It’s been a long day! Here is a short clip

Looks like I’m in the new and improved eta. Just called. Showing Jun 12-18 to release from plant hold. I am on a chip hold. Last week I was July 30 so I’ll take it.

To be honest, if the improvement in date is true. I will be thrilled. I just am too busy right now to get sidelined with Ford chat. I do not need another distraction today.

Interesting. May 23-29 was my original ETA but then they pushed me out to July 30. I have not tried today but am still awaiting someone from the escalation to call me back. I am now on Day 4 of their 5-7 day window of a call back they gave me... I have not been able to get the pizza tracker...
