He did say they “topped it up” which made me think odd when he said it. Now it all makes sense. I’ll go on about doing the service and replacing the cover with my new arb unit.
Well then me being a ford employee I should automatically have a 100 score. I can tell you this, if I have this issue and they don’t cover nearly all of the replacement, I’ll never give another relative, friend or anyone else for that matter a plan code to buy another ford product. I’ve helped...
So then it is safe to assume they didn’t remove the cover since there’s no c clips to remove to remove the axle? And if that’s the case, they didn’t drain and refill the rear ended with new fluid. Now I need to do the service anyway.
Which cylinder head? Right or left? Guess I need to keep an eye on both of these potential issues on my wildtrak now.

Has anyone used anything besides a kicker key amp? I despise that brand. I’m a huge RF fan though and would love to use an amp by D’Amore engineering like the e660.5 to power everything. Has anyone successfully used anything other than the kicker stuff?
Well to be fair, my son may have caused this one if indeed my theory is correct as to why they’re replacing the axle. That’s all I’m gonna say about that, though.
Ill ask for more details tomorrow when I pick it up.
Yeah my 23 wildtrak was part of the original recall. We had zero issues with it but had the recall performed. Immediately after the recall we started having the issues of just a black screen from the rear view. I asked about a new software update just today and was informed of your post info. I...
