    At one point I was unhappy with my 5.4 with only 60k on it in my 1998 F150 and was sure as he'll going to repower it with a Chevy 350 and a Muncie 4 speed . I'm not sure why I ever did not but I suppose it was CARB not getting it smogged with a carburetor.

    The first one I seen at a showing display had that I pointed it out to my friend who happened to be the service writer there .The one I saw was collapsed partly like a big dent there in that exact spot .

    I'm not going to be desert running all out high speed . More trails and powdered sand washes and gullies . I'm thinking the extra clearance is more needed .

    I'm almost sure the basesaquash will fill my needs for desert trips 4 banger 10 speed will get the job done . I suppose missing a disconnect and a few eltronics I'm sure I can live with especially in the long run . I guess it's all what fits your needs
