The Metal Techs sold out by time I wrote the post. they were available this morning.
As for the 5 degree slope, I would say yes it be a good step. I ran into someone with the 5 degree slope on there new 4runner the other day ( got me to looking at RCI) and they they got it for that particular...
+1 for Leo Kaytes in Warwick. Got mine at MRSP and pickup went quick and smooth. Also, an added bonus of a limited lifetime powertrain warranty is being offered by them that can be used at any Ford dealership.
I've narrowed down my choices to what frame mounted sliders I want to put on my 4dr Badlands between RCI and Metal Tech.
RCI Sliders
Metal Tech 4x4
What brought me to these two is they are both frame mounted with no drilling and seem to bolt onto the frame better than any of the...
Thatās interesting as most I seen are designed the opposite to provide a bump out.
Those are nice but my problem lies with my height as I am on the short side ( thanks to my 5ā mother and average height father). Those and Next Venture Motorsports are ideal and look good but donāt provide...
Nice build!! Are the sliders run in reverse (if so for what purpose) or are they supposed to be installed like that? Been debating on what sliders/steps to go with. I like the look of DV8 but hesitant on anything to the pinch weld or subframe mounting systems.
How many here are left from this 9/5/22 Group that have yet to receive their vehicle?
I just past 1,000 miles today after receiving mine on Columbus Day and couldn't be happier. I'm impress with the amount of pickup the 2.7 has but then again this is relative to driving a manual RWD 2011...
What if its another Bronco behind you on there second windshield due to rocks being thrown at the first one?
I wanted to like these but feel these are too short to fully protect the sides from flying rocks.
I love the transparency and customer support of IAG. I recently got the...
I think there was a post in one of the topics here that they are working on a 2 door variant. I feel more comfortable about a frame mount than body/pinch weld mount even though I probably do about the same off-roading as you. If they donāt get used as sliders as much at least you would have a...
I know you made you decision but did you consider Metaltech 4x4 sliders? They are easily mounted to the frame with a tried and true platform they have been using for years.
Iām much in the same boat as the Goat Fab did catch my eye. For me itās a toss up of Rock Slide Engineering, Metaltech...
Nice! I was concern about the XL long would look to long on the vehicle but judging by your pictures itās seems just the right fit.
I like the ease of being able to remove them. The ones from Mabett, Stickerfab, IAG are too short I feel for one equipped with SAS and are all the same with...
I purposely did not include or push to have the free headliner on my LUX Badlands after driving one with it at a test drive event. I notice once you touch it it would literally snow down and figured after market would have better options.
Some seem to be confused about the sound deadening...
Get what you like and what fits your life style. I personally think the Bronco looks 100x better with the SAS package than without. The bigger wheels fills the the vehicle better and the ride height is noticeable, especially compared to other vehicles on the road.
For me it was a toss up...
Now I might be wrong but I notice the seats were on when I used the app to remote start it on a cold morning. I know for a fact I did not have them on prior. Later in the day when I did the remote start they were not on. Is it actually using the ambient temperature reading to do this as well?
What were the car jackers doing with a stick of Elmers Glue?:)
Congrats and I would invest in some security and some on board cameras for the much nicer Bronco if you are in an area where vehicles get stolen.
They are all the same and my assumption is being made by different Chinese factories/distributors rather than just one. Hence why you see the same products among different companies.
I ordered mine and a few other things from IAG and their I-Line products. So technically, I did purchase from...
