Actually, drilling thru the roof to tie-in a rack to the underlying OEM structure is not unusual... and very strong/secure. ARB racks already do this for Jeep Wranglers and Rhino-Rack's own awesome Backbone system for the Jeep also requires drilling (a total of 12 holes) thru the roof.

It's okay for use off-roading in N. America but I would't take this trailer outside the U.S overlanding. There's no way you'll find replacement tires in that size overseas in Central / South America, Africa and Asia. 40s are just not the norm for overlanding.

Normally, the wrap installer will remove the vehicle's badging / decals before wrapping the car with PPF. Then, those items will be placed back in original position on top of the PPF.
