The Bronco is not refined. Luxurious? I have a loaded BL but it's still a bumpy, noisy off-road vehicle first and foremost. And it's way more fun than the "refined" vehicles I had before it. I was just having a goof at you calling a 4Runner refined. Enjoy your Bronco...or don't. It's not for...
This has been a frustrating experience, for sure. I'm super happy with my Bronco now that it's finally here but congrats on the Defender. I LOVE the 1990's NAS D90 and was excited for the new one to launch. For me the styling wasn't right so I went with the Bronco for the OG square/boxy look and...
I parked my Bronco near a FE at the VGK game a couple weeks ago. Then I was visiting my parents in Show Low, AZ and had a white 4 door pull up next to me at a stoplight. We are finally seeing some Broncos out there!
I think a lot of us liked that rig and the retro look it had. Of course then we learned that everything (including the paint color!) wasn't available IRL. I've seen renderings of white accessories on Cactus Gray but no real pics yet. So far AMB and Area51 are all I've seen. I'm sure someone will...
I went to the hockey game last night and saw a 4 door FE in Cactus Gray in the parking garage. Talked with the owner and told him my 2 door was in the next aisle over. Saw him going down the ramp and had my first Bronco wave. Also went to a charity event and the host has a Bronco. Said he was...
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. We picked up a S5 for the wife a month before the Bronco arrived so I was debating which rig to drive the 800 mile roundtrip to AZ. Decided on the Bronco to break it in and test the road manners. Also got to do some moderate off-roading while I was down...
Took my 2-door BL with stock 33" tires to AZ to break it in. Used ACC and changed up the speed regularly but I probably averaged 80 mph, and spent a good time at 85 and above. Even goosed it to 100 for a second and it was fine. Not recommending people drive that fast but on a straight highway...
I'm 50+ and an empty nester. Never liked the look of 4-door Jeeps and have always loved the EB Broncos, Scouts and Defender 90s which are all 2-doors. I have a 2-door Badlands and so far it has easily handled a road trip with luggage and 2 golf bags, and last weekend I drove 2 friends to golf...
I took my Badlands offroad the first week. Mud, ruts, hills, puddles: it was a blast. Still haven't cleaned the bugs and mud off yet from the 800 mile road trip. Wish I would have documented the events as well as you did but I had my 80 year old parents in the car with me. They loved it!
