I am looking forward to seeing how today works out. Did we ever figure out how 1900 are being built on one scheduled day?
An extra shift on the weekend? I don't want disgruntled workers building my Bronco! 😂
As much as I want my Bronco, we are now down to the wire and I'm dreading my to-do list!
Need to pull my truck into some heat this weekend and remove all of my mods, Amps, and speakers, and put back all of the OEM stuff.... Just In case the dealer offers a good price.
This weekend will suck...
No kidding? That's awesome I hope it works that way for me. Lol. I was sure that going with the capable bumper was the only way to get the full price protection, and was a tough decision for me (fog lights and rebate v. modular and less rebate).
But since these are rebates from Ford, it would...
If I recall correctly, you won't get the full $825 because you are getting the optional Mod bumper.
Part of that money was an offset from when the Mod bumper went from standard to optional on the Badlands. If I did my math right, I will only get about $300 of the $825 due to selecting Mod bumper.
Hopefully you have a good relationship with a good credit union.
I'm seeing High 2% to high 3% for 72 & 84mo terms almost everwhere. I found a good credit union that can get low 2%, if you're an active member.
Searching this on amazon will bring up several expanding plastic grates, which fold up when not in use.
When in use, they offer limited physical protection (at least you will wake up from the noise of someone trying to remove them).
It sounds like people like them, and cover them with mesh or...
I have been thinking of solutions myself, as I will have to get another Pyrenese.
As I am building a cargo shelf, which will raise the height another 6", I'm thinking that a slide out ramp (with carpet for traction) should be incorporated into that platform.
Such a ramp could only be 30 inches...
I would think that this thread could avoid politics as easily as any other.
An Economist would say that yes, the war will have at least one effect in that Ukraine and Russia are the primary suppliers of base materials needed for chip manufacturering.
Thus the already unstable supply and price...
Small world! I lived near there for a while when In school.
I would bet that your proximity to St. Louis (or Memphis) freight yard might make rail transport a viable option for you. But yeah, seeing convoys going way further than St. Louis makes me rethink the logic.
I'm an hour north of the...
I live about 1 hour from the assembly line and I was told that the convy allocations are unpredictable even at this distance.
Supposedly it All depends upon truck availability. If they are having a good day, there is the possibility of having mine delivered the day it's built, but if things are...
Thanks! I just edited my post to add the numbers, and I was scratching my head because mine was WAY off compared to everyone else's 1000 per day. Was wondering if I was reading it right.
"3/26 Blend and 1047/1954"
All right! I may be an idiot, but I finally found my sticker! 3/26 Blend and 1047/1954 (which seems weird based on other's numbers).
For Android users, if the "window sticker not avalaible" file is downloaded at some point, you should know that the actual WS (when it finally arrives) will be...
As of right now, the only real alternative that I'm aware of is the Bestop Trektop. It folds back partway, like the OEM top, but does not fold all the way down to the tailgate. It also is more complicated to install and remove.
On the other hand, it is a fastback which (IMO) helps the lines of...
Does anyone know how accurate the pizza tracker is?
Mine finally shows my 3/21 build-week, but will it wait to show "in production" until my actual build start, or will it automatically switch when the build week arrives?
Same situation here, lot of these factory workers here hit the tarmac at the same time, and if I don't get on the road before 5am, it's insane. Some of them are likely Ford workers racing to build Broncos, so I can't be too mad. 😂
Fortunately I have an alternative 40mph route to my office that...
I'm glad that someone else attempted to tackle this before my Bronco arrives.
Looks like I will have to power my lights from a relay on the rockslide step circuits (whether I use their door switches or find a way to tap the door trigger wiring).
I was really hoping the extra lighting could be...
I'm planning on integrating as much of the step wiring harness as I can into the factory switches and sensors.
For the disable switch, I'm thinking of using a normally closed relay to supply the 12v "on" signal to the steps instead of the supplied switch. This relay can then be powered by one...
