I always do 6.2 quarts of Motorcraft synthetic. My problem is that it always shows too much oil unless I let it sit for a few hours after.

I pour the recommended amount and ride. I’ll check the next morning when its cold.

Talk to your agent about uninsured/underinsured coverage if yall have it there and see what you’re limits are. OP: its gonna depend on the insurance companies, what’s damaged, parts, salvage amount, and how long it takes to fix it. Pre covid, I’d say for sure repairable. I’m not so sure anymore.

Park it in the sun while it’s still hot down there in TX, after a few hours turn your garden hose on and when the water is cold, hose the dent down. It may or may not work and if doesn’t, there’s plenty of PDR guys in your state. GL! 🍻

Rough estimate 500-800. I can’t remember paint time on the hoods. You won’t have to worry about rust since the hood is aluminum. What’s your comprehensive deductible?

Reckon I’ll just wait for mine to go out of warranty. I’m at the point now of not trusting most techs at dealerships and paying $200 for a 30 min job.
