What is a slider? I can't really tell from the pic what part you cut. BTW, this is exactly what I want to do to mine (it's even red too) if it ever arrives, just with a more positive-offset wheel. Thanks for doing the work so I can see it!
Even IF I had a $1000.... Your boy looks pretty comfortable, and I assume he's rather large. :) Let's be honest: if you have a dog and that dog does NOT run your house.... well.....maybe YOU need to go.... :)
Yeah, I posted this pretty much two months ago I think. It's not *your* tires, per se.... but the Bronco does throw rocks - I was told for 50 yards in the rear. I am getting mudflaps - HELL, I have them on the *front* of my Cobra: 3,200lbs and 550lbs.... it throws chunks of *front* tires. LOL...
What a great thread. So I'll TRY to limit myself on the pics, even though my phone says I have almost 10,000 pics on there (95% dog pics). Yes, a few of these are 25 years old, taken with a flip-phone, but I think that speaks to my hounds and Broncos. No new pics with hounds and Broncos because...
This is exactly what I need. So the seats come out? How hard would it be to put them back in? I have a Mustang and a Bronco (had). I can't think of a time the rear seats were actually up! Thanks for the idea BTW.
I had adaptive cruise control on my Lincoln back in 2009. Used it once and that was it. I'm ordering a stick on my Bronco and forgoing all the lux stuff. Most tech is honestly stupid and useless. It's more fun to actually drive.
Depends. Dry snow or wet snow. Wet, heavy snow, the kind that will snap big branches off trees and bring down power lines maybe isn't the best for a soft top. The number of soft tops I see in the winter here in the foothills of the Rockies, I can count on one finger; maybe two.
This is what I ordered, but in red and with a stick. Yes, I'll never get it.
Still, I saw one. Sat it in. Talked the talk with the owner. (It's #2 in the city apparently.)
I was, and am, going 37"s with a lift, BUT, I will say, the 35s" looked great! I thought they might not. Nope.
It's big...
Dude, I have a family friend - yes, I really do - who owns - not rents, owns, a jet. About $90-100 million US dollars seems to be the going price when he bought it about 10 years ago now. Taking it on a golfing trip would cost more than this purdy "truck". Is this thing supposed to be special? I...
I met my first two-door Badlands Sasquatch today - maybe the first in the city.
Anyhoo, the truck had 35" Goodyear Territory MTs on it - standard tires. NOTE: no "wrangler" on the tire - "Goodyear" twice. (Looked great, FYI.)
The owner said the tires, and most likely, the truck, throws rocks...
This is a good idea. I'd even take Honda's 0.99% and run with it. I'm POSITIVE that the money Ford takes on as debt is well below 1% today. They could easily do 0%. But, to keep that stock up, would they increase the prices of say accessories? I mean, you give with one hand and take with the...
