Which rail yard and how can you get it?

I enter my VIN, Bot captcha checked off, and then click search. Get a little rotating icon for a brief moment and then back to square one. Nada - iPhone, computer (multiple different browsers).

I still can't get even that far. Stuck on the VIN and search still...

I never get a place to enter an email...

No joy for me. I enter my VIN, "Search" button turns green and I press it. The website tries to load something and goes right back to the VIN and green "Search" button. Very weird. Using iOS 15 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Ok...I'm at a loss here. Where on this United Road site do you go to create a login? I can't figure it out...Monday blues!

All the trackers are giving “null” and errors for me. Maybe something is updating on my travels. Also, take a read through this thread… The official, my dealer is a tool and won't tell me my rail car number.

This is great! Are you able to pull up info after it’s been rolled off the rail car and is “sitting at the TDSI” like I’ve been told?

@GeorgiaBronco - Found out that my Bronco went down to Jacksonville, FL since my dealer is near Waycross (1.5 hours from Jax). Wish I could get info for how busy and productive that TDSI is down there. Hoping to get delivery before Thanksgiving week…

Just got my production photo last week. She got off the train yesterday and is waiting to get on the truck for dealership delivery! Can't wait!

Is yours coming by convoy or rail?

Found out yesterday that mine reached the end of its train journey (Jacksonville, FL) yesterday. Hoping they can get it on a truck ASAP and drive hour and a half to the dealer soon. Also noticed my window sticker went from 10/28 to 11/05 (today) on the bottom...probably meaningless.

What did the dealer use to track the train?

Mine would be rail from Detroit to Jacksonville, FL (closest TDSI to my dealer in SE Georgia), then convoy to dealer.

If mine went by rail, will the JCT Pals portal kick in once it gets loaded onto a trailer to head to the dealership?
