  9. DIY solution! Locking my key inside Bronco when I run or bike

I use my keypad to lock my key inside when I run or bike but didn't want the Bronco to start if someone got in. I also didn't want the key, my phone, or wallet to be found. I figured a criminal would go to the usual spots like center console, glove box, or under the seat. I had to remove the...

  11. Operation "Raise Factory Running Boards"

So, I just loosed the hardware on the brackets and the steps and they were able to be pushed the little bit I needed. The top hole on the bracket is open on one side so it can pivot some and the clips that the T6 bolts go into on the bottom of the steps can move slightly as well. Hope this helps
  12. Don't buy Go Rhino rb20 side steps. Updated.

Bought the RB20s recently. Put on the brackets and they do not even reach the other side of the board. Way too short. I called Go Rhino and they asked some questions, got some measurements and pictures, and kept saying they'd call me back later that day. The call wouldn't come so I'd call back...
  13. Operation "Raise Factory Running Boards"

Thanks! Not an FE, it's a 2023 OBX. The avatar badge was the factory badge but in these pics I've already switched to custom ones by Ikonic Badges. My wife named her Bronco Jolene so I had these made for her.
  14. Operation "Raise Factory Running Boards"

It was just easier to simply shift the boards back by loosening the bolts and move the brackets slightly. I didn't need alot of movement for no rub. I actually wanted the board as close as I could without touching to keep rocks off the doors. The lift had nothing to do with tire clearance. I...

  17. Price Protection- Dealer NOT Honoring

I did contact Ford but kept getting referred back to the dealer. I got lucky that my sales manager went to bat for me and got Ford to fix my private offers. I only know he had to reach the assistant brand manager for Bronco to do this. I asked for her contact info but he said he couldn't give it...

  20. Operation "Raise Factory Running Boards"

I wear a size 13 shoe and it still works for me. The factory boards are pretty wide. Here is a pic I took to show how small the gap between the flare and board had gotten and it shows better how far the boards still stick out.
