just curious as to how many of the reported engine failures were Broncos held on dirt mountain? I'm just wondering if this issue was addressed. Mine was there and besides the ht problem they fixed the reported hose problem of rubbing on the pully.

I've experienced it once a couple of weeks ago. Also, every so often the screen brightness fades for a couple of seconds. I've had'nt to reboot though.

Maybe cut it in half and add a hinge or hinges to fold it. Also attached fold out legs to add support underneath

Is the damage to all the panels or just one? If it's just one panel, maybe consider taking the $$s, buy a soft top, and then buy just the panel that is damaged(or see if it can be repaired). Might be awhile to get it, but at least you have the soft top.

Why at 1000 miles? The manual an shops techs say follow the schedule maintenance time lines. To each their own. So, go for it. It's your vehicle.

Mine just peeled off with my fingers. I then cleaned any residue off with a plastic razor blade(from Amazon cheap) and a little Goo Gone and alcohol. Most of the glue was still on the badge so I placed it somewhere else. Adhered great.
