Yeah.. I think for some it will be the cats ass..... I am def more of a minimalist and like things to make sense and have purpose. In this case, the larger screen, IMO, is just unnecessary.
Are you saying that in a good way or a bad way? I love technology. I have a iPhone 12 Pro MAX. Usually, a larger screen is def better IMO. In the case of automobiles, I just cant get there. At least not in a huge semi rectangle format. If it were a longer screen, like narrow and more stretched...
I was stuck between the MID and High PKG mostly because the 12" screen. Then I took a long look at the screen inside our company 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Its approx 8" and, at least to me, it's huge. I really couldn't imagine seeing a bigger screen without it completely dominating the interior. Now...
Im going to lease as this is so new and I think it could go either way. Ford could bastardize future releases or they could make them even better. The lease gives me a nice exit.
I think the LUX package belongs on a sport more than the BRONCO. Thats just my opinion. The high package can be argued better as it comes with that bigger screen which has utility, but otherwise, a better LUX package, again IMO ,would include a winch and aux lighting and maybe an AR15 pistol and...
So what were your thoughts on the screen? You said you couldn't believe how large it was... did you happen to see it on? Do you think it's kinda too big?
I saw that one...
The things I have been thinking about are this:
What if Bronco changes (for the worse) and this model becomes more desirable, then, having the larger screen would be the way to go as it too would be more in demand. I dunno... but that pic above makes me think 12 might...
Anyone have a good comp shot of both layouts? Right now I have my order in with Ford for :
BB with SASQUATCH and MID PKG, Liners and aux switches.
But I am still tempted to switch to WT With HIGH PKG.
The question , which I just sent to my dealer rep, is that if I should change my order to...
I like the lines.. the continuation of the door line to the rear looks great and I think the new Bronco would look amazing had they kept that, but don't get me wrong, the new Bronco looks amazing.
That thing is awesome. The new Bronco is definitely a pretty precise modern version. What I wonder is why the rear doesn't line up with the front door? Why the slight step up? From an esthetic point of view, the truck would look even better with no deviation.
