  1. Bronco Script Emblems (Ford Official Licensed) now available: photos and info

Looks good. Unfortunately I forgot to remind my PPF guy (he had a 2-month backlog) and he installed the Wildtrak/Sasquatch decal (which looks ok) and put the PPF around it. Anyway, question for the forum: If I'm stuck with the factory decal, is there an alternate place near it that would still...
  2. PPF bubbling/delaminating less than 2yrs old?

Just about positive it is the texture. When my installer (owner w/20 years experience) did my pre-install inspection, he pointed out the texture on the rear gate attachment points (above the bronco logo) and mentioned it would not stick to it, so he wrapped around them. If this is true, I would...
  3. Good iPhone Mount Using "Accessory Ready" point at top of Dash?

I would check with them. When I ordered, I got the grab handle mount (which was not listed as pre order), their tailgate Molle panel, and their cam-lock fire extinguisher (which are assembled to order) and it probably took a little over a week or so (they are on the east coast and I'm on the...
  4. Good iPhone Mount Using "Accessory Ready" point at top of Dash?

If she needs the handhold, there's this version which does the same thing but blocks some of the storage and controls: https://coursemotorsports.com/collections/bronco/products/direct-fit-phone-mount-ford-bronco-2021
  5. Good iPhone Mount Using "Accessory Ready" point at top of Dash?

If you don't want/need anything in your line of sight, this works great: https://coursemotorsports.com/collections/bronco/products/direct-fit-phone-mount-ford-bronco-2022
  6. SEMA ‘23 | BOOTH 11353 by Archetype Racing

It was both. The performance change was that the wheels are much easier to accelerate and change direction (since a large % the weight had moved from the rim to near the axle) as there is less gyroscopic forces (not sure if that is the term) to fight them. The change in feel is that this could...
  7. SEMA ‘23 | BOOTH 11353 by Archetype Racing

This is also very noticeable in cycling wheels and tires. When I upgraded my 2009 road bike (aluminum rims with rim brakes) to a new 2022 bike (carbon rims with disc brakes), the tire/wheel weights were very similar but the performance difference was very noticeable as a significant amount of...
  8. Hello from Tahoe!

Part-timer in South Tahoe / Christmas Valley. Would spend more time, but it's rented most weekends on AirBNB / VRBO. I basically bought my 2-door Wildtrak to laugh at Tahoe's terrible roads, but wasn't expecting the attention it gets from locals who love the color (Eruption Green) in an area...
  9. Packhorse Sliding Cargo System for 2-door Rear Seat Delete -- by Wicked Relics Off-Road

A few more questions: - Can you approximate how much lighter the aluminum tray will be? - Is there a different weight limit for aluminum (e.g. 225 vs 300 lb)? - Would one benefit be that aluminum doesn't rust (if the powder coat were to be scratched and it would get wet from gear like snowboard...
  10. Packhorse Sliding Cargo System for 2-door Rear Seat Delete -- by Wicked Relics Off-Road

I just placed my order. If someone wants to schedule a group install in the SF Bay Area when they arrive, let me know.
  11. Packhorse Sliding Cargo System for 2-door Rear Seat Delete -- by Wicked Relics Off-Road

I'm also in the SF Bay area, and I'd gladly trade any shipping costs for a quality installation. My primary concerns are any hand/body/knee contortions needed to get the seats removed and related discomfort of getting my older/larger body in places like the back seat area. As for niche small...
  12. Packhorse Sliding Cargo System for 2-door Rear Seat Delete -- by Wicked Relics Off-Road

If you wanted to put some sort of bracket on the floor of the tray, how much clearance is there between the underside of the tray and the Bronco floor (i.e. how high above the floor does the bottom of the tray sit above the Bronco)?
  13. Packhorse Sliding Cargo System for 2-door Rear Seat Delete -- by Wicked Relics Off-Road

Looks good - couple of questions: Approximately how long does it take to install (for either an inexperienced person or someone who has done several)? Do you have any certified/recommended installers in the SF Bay area or west coast?
  14. I was involved in an accident -- fix at dealer or independent shop?

Sorry about your accident. This whole dealer vs. independent discussion isn't a thing in the SF Bay area (and probably large parts of CA), as dealers here do not do bodywork and accident repairs (my best guess is that real estate for dealer locations are too expensive - most good shops are in...
  15. I like IKE: 2 door Bronco tow test.

I have this phone mount from Course - very solid, and looks like it gives you a little more space in the console at the slight expense of passenger room. Also highly recommend their tailgate fire extinguisher mount and their extinguishers...
  16. Have a name / nickname for your Bronco?

I give up searching - where did you get the Pokey badge/decal?
  17. What marketplace would be best to sell my 22’ Badlands in?

A few more thoughts: if it is great/good condition, selling it in person is better. If you have something to hide, online is better (Cars & Bids seems to have more sketchy cars and sellers than BaT). Also, if you are selling a 4x4 (or anything that may rust), take good underneath pictures.
  18. What marketplace would be best to sell my 22’ Badlands in?

Private party, be patient, and have thick skin. The biggest issue I see with the auctions is the inability to time the market (i.e. if the stock market crashes during your auction) and that buyers need to pay fees. Just take good pictures (like the seller "911R" from BaT who is in Portland) and...
  19. What sort of prices are people seeing for their used Broncos?

Interest rates have to be a huge factor. Just picked up a '24 CR-V Hybrid for my wife last week and was quoted 8.2% with our great credit (apparently Honda had ~4% for '23s but the CR-V has switched). Not a big deal as we will be paying it off shortly, but if you had to have a car and couldn't...
  20. Taking large dogs on long trips?

I'm planning on getting the Goose Gear rear seat delete for my 2-Door and ordering a custom crate from here when I get the exact dimensions. You can also order fans. https://tnccrates.com/collections/accessories-1/products/9-prairie-logic-crate-fan I'd also recommend Benadryl (check with your...
