For those who may be getting your Bronco from Granger soon, I wanted to pass along some things I learned.
I received an e-mail about 2 days after my Bronco arrived. It said that it will be several weeks until the Bronco is ready. Don't make any travel or transport arrangements until Finance...
I'm getting the wrong price protection offer based on my order as of September 9, 2022. Both Ford and Granger are pointing the finger at one another. And no one actually wants to read the FAQ on Ford's website that explains explicitly how this is supposed to work.
It's related to the price protection based on what series you had. It is supposed to be based on the series you had as of last September. When Ford told us they wouldn't be able to fulfill Sasquatch orders in January (which turned out to be a lie), I changed series. So the price protection...
Initially told to pack sand. Later in the day was able to speak to someone else who was willing to discuss it with me in more detail. Your point is well taken. But my initial contact with finance at Granger has me reconsidering whether I wish to do business with them.
Is anyone else having trouble with their price protection private offer with Granger. They've given me a number, but it is different than what Ford has indicated would be the number based on one's order as of last September. And Granger is unwilling to discuss this with me.
I've seen several husband and wife teams who each want one. Sometimes a 2 door and a 4 door. Personally, I'd like to spread the vehicle capabilities (e.g., one 4x4, one sports car, one more practical ride). But some folks like the same car.
I'm guessing the other Braptor getting registered is what set this in motion. They were probably having trouble registering it and that led to the dealer who now had it. If the OP had not traded it, the cops probably would have come to him directly.
What does this mean? Is your insurance company paying a claim for you?
So sorry about all of this. I saw the other post where someone mentioned it was reported stolen on 4/18. And you said that was the day you went back to the dealer. I wonder if Ford even realized it was stolen before...
Hey guys, I have a Bronco with Granger that is in production currently. I'm not sure when we might expect to see that at the dealership. I'm guessing some time this summer.
I'm looking other Granger order holders in Austin/Central Texas who may want to try to get together to explore a group...
