I have the factory rack on my 2 door and am happy with it. You can find copies on Amazon for cheap. I’ve considered getting the half rack from turn offroad as I like how sleek it is so you could consider that.

Does the weight rating come from the Tailgate Hinge, Tire Mount or a combination of both? I’d think the Hinge only and would prefer just that, but your website isn’t clear so I figured I’d ask.

I had the same issue and once I emailed them got a similar response and they mailed out the additional hardware I requested. Did seem a bit sloppy but they got me what I needed quickly without issue so I am happy.

None at all, less than 100lbs added for both which is less than a full tank of gas.
