If I order with soft I pay for soft top. If I order hard top I pay soft top plus $695. If I go with ADV I pay soft top plus $5,250.

I prefer leather any day but if it is a coin flip for you consider this, I believe the MGV comes with the rubber wash out floors in Badlands where leather comes with carpeting. Unless that has changed.

That softer feel is what has me nervous about wear and tear on the MGV.

Oh good! We test drove a Wildtrak last night still trying to determine it vs Badlands and all my wife could do was complain about the noise from the soft top. I need a hard top ready when vehicle is delivered.

How can you be so certain your top will be so much better than the factory top?

I looked these guys up and they have replacement hoods for $4000! I’m afraid I’m out.
