I did this also. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is it baffles the rain noise hitting rooftop directly. Also seems to reflect the heat a bit better in cab. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, ability to easily clean wheels is a major factor for me when choosing a style i like. I guess the older i get the less i like to bend or kneel,lol

For those wondering factory D-ring mount is 17/16” thick. Slightly more than 1”

Looks great! Im a buyer. I’m hoping the D-rings mount is same thickness as factory ones for flat towing. I need to be able to tow behind my coach.

Be proactive and get it in writing. They shouldn’t have any problem writing a purchase agreement.

Just some universal heaters on Amazon. Working great so far. Install was easy for me because i was already putting on Katzkinz leather.

i think only issue would be sacrificing high/low as previously stated. I installed heaters and used aux switches but only after the high/low. Heres a pic of where i mounted my switches. They look factory to me.
